Delivery fee: CHF 4.50

Zones 1227, 1220, 1292, 1218, 1219
Minimum order: CHF 40.–
Delivery fee: CHF 4.80

Zones 1212, 1213, 1216
Minimum order: CHF 40.–
Delivery fee: CHF 5.80

Zones 1214, 1215, 1217, 1228, 1222, 1223, 1224, 1225, 1226, 1231, 1232, 1234, 1253, 1290, 1293, 1294
Minimum order: CHF 50.–
Delivery fee: CHF 6.80

Zones 1233, 1241, 1242, 1244, 1252, 1254, 1255, 1256, 1257, 1258
Minimum order: CHF 60.–
Delivery fee: CHF 7.80

Outside the above-mentioned zones, the minimum order amount for delivery is CHF 80.–, plus additional delivery fees based on distance.

Estimated delivery time: Between 45 minutes and 1 hour (only within Geneva and the listed zones)

Delivery hours – 7 days a week
• Monday to Saturday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (non-stop)

Disclaimer in Case of Delay
We cannot guarantee delivery times in the following cases:
• Severe weather conditions (rain, storm, snow, ice)
• Incomplete or incorrect address
• Building entrance locked
• Deliveries requiring walking beyond 5 floors
• Large or bulky orders

Payment Methods
• Secure online payment via Worldline (Visa, Mastercard, Postcard)
• Cash payment accepted in CHF or EUR (our delivery staff carries a maximum of CHF 50.– in cash)
• Card payment available through mobile terminals carried by our delivery staff
• VAT of 2.6% included in delivery / take-away service

• Prices may change at any time, but those shown at the time of the order will prevail.
• No exchanges or returns are allowed for hygiene reasons.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only.
• Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to your health. Please drink responsibly.
• The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age.
• The sale of alcohol for take-away or delivery is prohibited after 9:00 PM.
